Reference facilities on a commercial scale delivered over a decade of operational success with whole value chain integration: from waste feedstock to product. ​

Since 1926, 40 Winkler gasifiers have been built, 7 of which utilize the HTW® technology. The most notable references built after 1970 are listed below.

    Rheinbraun and ThyssenKrupp developed the pressurized version of the gasifier known as the High-Temperature Winkler (HTW®) process.
